Top Ten de Blogs de Trapillo - Top Ten Zpagetti Blogs

¡Hola!

Os hoy traigo otro Top Ten ¿Recordáis el que hice hace unos meses sobre blogs de costura? Tuvo mucho éxito, así que he decido hacer otro sobre blogs en los que enseñan a crear cosas preciosas en trapillo. Además, llega el calorcito y es la mejor época para el trapillo, puedes hacer de todo: collares, pulseras, cestas, capazos, bolsos muy coloridos... Echando un ojo a estos blogs puedes aprender a hacer preciosidades. ¡Allí vamos!

1. Susimiu: Este blog, que curiosamente descubrí hace poco tiempo relativamente, se ha convertido en uno de mis preferidos. Hace unas alfombras de morirte, que o bien puedes comprar o bien puedes hacer tú misma siguiendo sus tutoriales. Además tiene una tienda online en la que encontrarás una increíble variedad de colores. No tiene desperdicio.

2. Knitandlove: Este es un blog muy completo también, en el que podréis aprender a tejer los puntos básicos en trapillo y a hacer vuestros propios bolsos siguiendo sus tutoriales.

3. Santa Pazienzia: Estefanía nos enseña a hacer unos diseños muy originales y variados. Todos sus video-tutoriales están muy bien explicados, seguro que os encanta.

4. Mary Mary Sweet designs: El blog de Carmen Mary es un blog muy variado, en el que podréis encontrar además de tutoriales de trapillo ideales, recetas deliciosas, DIY, freebies...

5. Emérita desastre: Otro blog variadito, cuya sección de trapillo me encanta. Podéis aprender a hacer desde desde portavelas, cestas, funda para tablet hasta arbolitos de Navidad.

6. Happy projects design: Eva tira de trapillo para cualquier cosa. Tanto para hacer un telar, una cesta para la bici, como para decorar su caravana, que le quedó super chula. No os perdáis su blog.

7. DIY by Paula: Otro blog precioso con una sección de trapillo sin desperdicio. Me quedo con su variedad de cestas y su combinación de colores.

8. F de fifi: Puffs, alfombras, y muchos otros tutoriales podrás encontrar en este blog. Además de un sinfín de cosas relacionadas con todo tipo de manualidades.

9. El Blog de Trapillo: Contiene un inmenso recopilatorio de tutoriales de trapillo. En él aprenderéis a hacer de todo, os lo aseguro.

10. Lady Crochet: En este blog encontraréis tutoriales muy originales, que os servirán para customizar bolsos, sandalias o hasta haceros vuestro propio bolso.

Here's another Top Ten today. Do you remember the 'Top Ten sewing blogs' that I posted a few weeks ago? Readers loved it, so I thought about writing another one but this time about zpagetti. As the good weather is starting, I think it's the best time for creating colourful accessories with this material: necklaces, bracalets, bags, baskets...By taking a look at these blogs you'll learn how to make beautiful things. Here we go!

1. Susimiu: This blog, that I discovered not long ago, has become one of my favourite ones. She makes really beautiful rugs, that you can either buy or make following her tutorials. She also has an online shop where you can find a huge variety of zpagetti.

2. Knitandlove: This is a very complete blog as well, where you can learn the basic stitches to make with zpagetti and make your own bags or baskets following the tutorials.

3. Santa Pazienzia: Estefanía teaches us how to make very original and different things. All the video-tutorials are very well explained, I'm sure you'll love them.

4. Mary Mary Sweet designs: Carmen Mary has a blog where, besides zpagetti tutorials, you can find delicious recepies, freebies, DIYs...

5. Emérita desastre: This is another blog with a bit of everything. I especially like the zpagetti section. You can learn to make baskets, tablet cases and even Christmas trees for decorating

6. Happy projects design: Eva uses zpagetti for everything. She uses it for creating a weaving loom, a basket for her bike, or even for decorating her van.

7. DIY by Paula: This is another lovely blog with a zpagetti section that you can't miss. I love the baskets that Paula makes and how she combines all the different colours.

8. F de fifi: You can find puffs, rugs, and many others tutorials on this blog. Plus a lot of other different crafty stuff.

9. El Blog de Trapillo: It has a huge compilation of zpagetti tutorials. You will learn everything by following this blog.

10. Lady Crochet: On this blog you'll find very original tutorials that will help you to customise bags, sandals or even to make your own bag.

Top Ten de Blogs de costura - Top ten Spanish sewing blogs

¡Hola, hola!

¿Qué tal estáis? ¿Cómo han ido las Navidades? Se que hace mil que no habéis sabido de mi e unas semanas... Pero en fin, tengo entre manos algo que me tiene muy muy ocupada, y voy a tener que reducir la frecuencia de posts desgraciadamente. Serán unos mesecillos, y volveré con las pilas cargadas, ¡prometido!

No os voy a abandonar del todo, porque tengo algunos posts ya preparados que iré publicando en estos meses.

Hace poco una lectora me escribió diciendo que le gustaba mi blog y que le iba a sacar mucho partido ya que sus reyes le habían regalado una máquina de coser. Hace un año estaba yo en las mismas, con mi máquina nueva traída por los reyes. Y he pensado que sería buena idea escribir una entrada con los blogs que me han enseñado todo lo que sé sobre la costura. Así que hoy os traigo el top ten de blogs de costura en español para mi. A ver que os parece:

1. Oh Mother Mine DIY

Mi tocaya Marta fue mi primer contacto con la costura, y es que tuve la suerte de tener una profe tan estupenda como ella. Me encantaba su blog, y decidí apuntarme a sus clases de costura, en las que cogí mucha soltura con la máquina. Sus vídeo tutoriales son fantásticos, muy bien explicados con todo el paso a paso, y tenéis DIYs para todos los gustos.

Entre las cosas que he hecho gracias a su blog, aquí tenéis este cojín que hice en mi primera clase con ella, este precioso vestido para bebé, o este super vestido para una boda que lucí muy orgullosa!

2. Chita Lou

Sylvia es otra de las grandes profes que podéis encontrar sobre costura en la blogesfera. Su curso gratuito con más de 50 lecciones es una pasada. Además podréis encontrar un montón de trucos y explicaciones sobre los distintos tipos de costura, telas o máquinas de coser, que siempre vienen bien para las principiantes.

3. Sara's Code

Sara es una chica simpatiquísima que se atreve con todo. Tiene unos neceseres preciosos, y yo me animé a seguir uno de sus tutoriales de falda con vuelo para hacerme esta falda sesentera tan chula. A ella le encantó. No os perdáis su blog.

4. Skarlett

Este es un blog que descubrí hace muy poquito por casualidad, y de los que engancha. Me lo revisé enterito en un día.

Armando hace unos diseños chulísimos, y unos vestidos para morirse. ¡Ya me gustaría a mi coser la mitad de bien que él! Envidia sana, y mucha.

Me encanta su sección Karlotta, y tiene un dossier de telas descargable que es un must read para cualquier costurera/o.

5. Srta. Palomo

El blog de Lucía está plagado de ideas muy inspiradoras y preciosos tutoriales con una esencia muy suya. Tiene un estilo muy diferente, que es lo que me atrae de su blog. Telas muy chulas y productos muy variados encontraréis en su blog.

6. La mar de ideas DIY

Otra de mis profes a distancia preferidas es Meri. Su blog es estupendo para las que estamos iniciándonos en el mundo de la costura, ya que nos enseña desde lo más básico (como usar la máquina de coser, consejos a la hora de comprar una máquina...) como tutoriales muy detallados para que pongáis en práctica todo lo aprendido.

7. Mamá Cose Sola

Elisa nos enseña su pasión, la costura de ropa para sus niños. Con ella podemos aprender a confeccionar multitud de vestidos, blusas, faldas y todo tipo de accesorios para los más peques de la casa.

8. Mi Primera Máquina de Coser

Laura hace maravillas con sus manos. En su blog tenéis unos tutoriales detallados paso a paso con prendas preciosas. Si seguís su blog podéis haceros con un armario precioso totalmente customizado.

9. Pinafili

En el blog de Pinafili Ana nos enseña a hacer un poco de todo: desde customizar nuestra ropa hasta hacer preciosos complementos y objetos para la casa. Seguro que os gusta.

10. Momita's blog

Un blog en el que encontraréis desde DIYs para principiantes, muy sencillitos, como otros más avanzados, así como muchas ideas para personalizar nuestra ropa y renovar nuestro armario.

How are you all? How did the Christmas go? I know you haven't heard from me in a while... but I have something coming up that's keeping me very busy... So unfortunately I will have to post less frequently. It'll be only for a few months, and after that I'll keep showing you lots of DIYs, I promise!

I'm not gonna leave completely though, I have a few posts prepared that will be on the blog soon.

A couple of weeks ago, a reader sent me a message saying that she liked my blog and she thought it could be very useful for her as she got a sewing maching for Christmas. That's exactly what happened to me a year ago. So I thought it would be a good idea to write a post with some of the blogs that have taught me all what I know so far about sewing. So here's the top ten of Spanish sewing blogs for me. Let's see if you like them:

1. Oh Mother Mine DIY
Marta was my first contact with sewing, and I was very lucky to have her as a teacher as well. I loved her blog and decided to join one of her courses, where I learnt a lot about how to use my sewing machine. Her video-tutorials are really good, very well explained and you can find all kinds of DIY.
Thanks to her blog and classes I made this cushion, this baby dress, and this other dress for me that I wore to a friend's wedding.

2. Chita Lou
Sylvia is another great sewing teacher. She offers a free online course with more that 50 lessons on Youtube. And you can also find lots of tricks and explanations about the different types of fabrics, sewing machines, or types of stitches.

3. Sara's Code

Sara is a very nice girl who isn't afraid of sewing whatever comes to her mind! She makes beautiful toilet bags and I made this 60's skirt based on one of her tutorials. She told me she loved it! Don't forget to check her blog out.

4. Skarlett

I discovered this blog not long ago, and I love it.
Armando makes beautiful designs, and lovely dresses. I would love to be so talented! I really liked his Karlotta section, and he also has a free book with all types of fabrics that you can find and all the explanations needed to know how to sew them.

5. Srta. Palomo

Lucia's blog is full of inspiring ideas and nice tutorials. Her style is very different to the rest of the blogs that I follow, which is what I like about it. She combines cool patterned fabrics and creates all kind of products with them.

6. La mar de ideas DIY
Meri is another one of my favourite online sewing teachers. Her blog is really good for the ones that, like me, are starting to sew, as she teaches us from scratch (how to use the sewing maching, advice on which machine to buy...) and she also has very detailed tutorials to implement all that we've learnt.

7. Mamá Cose Sola
Elisa show us her passion, sewing for her kids. With her we can learn to sew lots of different dresses, blouses, skirts and all types of accesories for the children.

8. Mi Primera Máquina de Coser
Laura makes wonderful things with her own hands. In her blog we can find tutorials to make beautiful clothes. If you follow her blog you can end up having a cupboard full of stuff that you've made yourselves.

9. Pinafili
Ana teaches us, on her blog, how to make a bit of everything: from customising our clothes to making beautiful accesories and objects for the house. I'm sure you'll like it.

10. Momita's blog
In her blog you can find DIYs for beginners, very easy to make, and some others that are a bit more difficult, for those of you who already know how to sew. You'll also find tips on how to renew your wardrobe.

Entrevista a Lidia Vega de No sin mis gafas de sol

Hola a todos!!

Hoy os traigo nueva entrega de nuestra sección de entrevistas a blogueras. 

Para los que no os hayáis enterado aún, en mi página de Facebook anuncié que iba a comenzar esta iniciativa. Se trata de que poco a poco los lectores vayáis conociendo un poquito a quién hay detrás de cada blog. Yo la verdad que estoy encantada con la acogida que ha tenido la iniciativa y me gusta mucho leer las entrevistas que me llegan. Para los que os perdieseis la entrevista anterior, en la que me entrevisté a mi misma, aquí tenéis el post.

Sin enrollarme más, os dejo con Lidia, que es quién está detrás de No sin mis gafas de sol. Tiene un blog fantástico que viene muy bien que leamos en los tiempos que corren. En él nos da consejos sobre cómo mejorar nuestro CV, sobre formación, y también nos cuenta las experiencias de gente que ha estado viviendo fuera, ya sea trabajando o estudiando. 

Aquí tenemos su entrevista.

- Cuéntanos un poquito más de ti...

Primero que nada quiero empezar dándote las gracias por esta magnífica oportunidad de ser entrevistada para tu blog. Desde que nací he vivido en la maravillosa isla de Gran Canaria, en un pueblo que se llama Gáldar que está al norte de la isla. Estudié Ciencias Empresariales y hace poquito empecé a trabajar como becaria en una empresa y estoy muy contenta con mi nueva situación laboral. Me encanta estar en continua formación y aprender cada día algo nuevo, por lo que también estudio inglés en la Escuela de Idiomas.

- ¿Cómo y cuándo te surgió la idea de abrir un blog?

Fue una noche a mediados de Febrero de 2014, no lo pensé mucho, simplemente busqué en qué sitios podía abrir un blog y desde el principio si tuve claro que se llamaría “nosinmisgafasdesol” por aquello de que aunque esté el día nublado siempre las llevo puestas.

- ¿Cómo fueron tus comienzos?

Empecé en este mundo sin conocer apenas nada, ya que no solía visitar blogs, ni sabía mucho de este tema, empecé por ir escribiendo y poco a poco le fui dando forma a mi blog, aprendí mucho gracias al blog de “mamá quiero ser blogger”.

- ¿Qué es lo que más te ha aportado el hecho de tener un blog?

Me ha aportado mucho aprendizaje, ya que como dije anteriormente entré en este mundo sin apenas conocer nada y durante todo este tiempo, he ido adquiriendo muchos conocimientos, siempre buscando mejorar, he conocido personas maravillosas y el hecho de que mis contenidos gusten es la parte más satisfactoria como bloguera.

- ¿Y la parte más negativa?

Quizás soy demasiado positiva, que no le veo la parte negativa al blog. Solo que has de dedicarle tiempo y ser constante.

- ¿Qué consejo le darías a las personas que quieran abrir un blog?

Que se animen a dar el paso, porque siempre te va aportar cosas positivas. Tener un blog marca un antes y un después en tu vida. Que hablen del tema que les apasione, que sean constantes y que cada día busquen el mejor post pensando en sus seguidores.

Here's a new post in our blogger interviews section.

For those of you who don't know what I'm talking about, some days ago I said on my Facebook page that I was going to start a new section in which I would interview other bloggers. The idea is to get to know who's behind every blog that we read. I'm very happy with how well the initiative has been received. If you haven't read the last interview, you can read it in this post.

First to be interviewed is Lidia, who is the author of the blog No sin mis gafas de sol. She writes a really interesting blog where you can find information about how to have a better CV, about academic training and the experience of people that are working or studying abroad.

- Tell us a little bit more about yourself...

First of all, I want to thank you for giving me the opportunity to be iterviewed for your blog.

I've lived in the beautiful island of Gran Canaria since I was born, in a town called Gáldar which is located in the north of the island. I studied Business and I've started working as a intern in a company and I'm very happy with my new job. I love learning something new everyday so that's why I'm also studying English at the moment.

- How and when did the idea of starting a blog come to you?

It was one night in February 2014, I didn't think about it too much, I just had a look on different sites to learn how to start a blog and so I did. From the start I knew the name would be "not without my sunglasses", as I take them everywhere even if it's not sunny.

- How did you find it at the start?

When I started I didn't know anything about the blogging world, and I didn't even read any blogs, but bit by bit my blog started to look good, and I have to say that I learnt a lot through the blog "Mamá quiero ser blogger".

- What do you like the most about having a blog?

I've learnt lots of things,as I didn't know a thing about blogs before starting as I said before. I've been learning about how to make it better, and I've also met lots of great people through the blog. And the fact that what I post is read and people like it is the most satisfactory thing for a blogger.

- And what are the bad things about having a blog?

Well, maybe  I'm too positive, because I don't see any bad things about having a blog. Maybe I would say all the time that you need to spend on it and constantly updating it.

- What piece of advice would you give to the readers that want to start a blog?

I'd tell them to go ahead and do it, because it's always going to bring you good things. Having a blog changes your life. If you want to write about something that you're passionate about, just work on it constantly and try to write the best post for your readers.
